📝 Task

A task is a job that is less complex than a project; it can be a daily task or a part of a project. Similar to a project, it also has a defined start and end time, as well as clear objectives and results to be achieved.

A Kanban board is a convenient tool for tracking tasks within a project, grouped by task progress and project.

The Backlog is a place to quickly note tasks that are used for organization and planning. A task will move out of the Backlog when it becomes part of a project or becomes a project itself (if it's too complex). Otherwise, the task will leave this board when it is archived.
